Warm feel upon entering the building, happy friendly receptionists unlike the usual moody ones at previous surgeries I've been to.
I like not having a digital calling system and your doctor calls for you personally makes it a more personal and caring experience.
A little more information should delays occur, perhaps at the time of checking in with reception would be my only improvement.
Keep up the great job your all doing!!! Thank you

Receptionists always very helpful if emergency appointment needed always willing to help. All Doctors or nurses i have met have been very helpful and kind

I always feel at ease at the surgery whether its reception staff ,nurses , or my GP . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my surgery to anyone. I was fortunate enough to have a serious problem spotted by my GP Dr Kent following an ECG at the surgery recently it possibly saved my .life. I have been with this surgery for about 5 years and I don't have a single complaint. BRILLIANT !

when wanting a "same day" appointment I do find it a bit frustrating trying to get through. I normally attempt to get through at 07.59 and answerphone kicks in - I replace receiver & redial to find lines permanently engaged, sometimes for 20 mins. When finally getting through, am told all appointments are taken. I do appreciate how busy the surgery is and it's not always possible to see one's designated GP. In the scheme of things my "niggle" is of no momentum and I have nothing but praise for the whole team.

the eastcliff practice is a friendly efficient surgery, im happy as I have a great gp too which is hard to find now adays . I would recommend the surgery to every one that I know.
